What are the benefits of online registration?

Registration online helps us deliver a speedier service and one benefit is that you will receive a 5% discount on your first consultation. You can register at the hospital if you wish to do so, but please be patient with us while we gather your details.

Can I bring visitors with me to the outpatient appointment?

We would recommend against bringing too many visitors with you as this would pose as an infection risk. A maximum of 2 visitors are allowed at any time.

How many visitors can I have?

A maximum of 2 visitors at a time. We adhere strictly to this for infection control reasons. Any abuse of staff will not be tolerated.

What are your visiting hours?

Visiting hours for inpatients are between 12pm to 2pm and 6pm and 8pm. Please note, patients in the high dependency unit will have very restricted visiting depending on their condition. We strongly recommend that babies and young children do not visit the hospital except in compassionate circumstances.

I have questions about our procedure that I forgot to ask during my consultation, what do I do?

It is natural to have more questions after your consultation. Please contact our reception and they will put you through to our senior team to try to answer any questions you have. If you feel it is an emergency, then please come in and we will try to accommodate you as best we can.

I have health insurance, what do I do?

If you have health insurance then please inform our team and we will take this matter on board.

I am an international citizen, am I eligible for treatment?

Yes, we take pride in our world-class services and welcome patients from all over the world. International patients that we have treated have all left with completely satisfied treatment, and have said it has felt like being at home
