Education and Training at RAHETID
The learning path for medicine is much longer than only five years of medical college. It involves further training during which Medical Student/Doctors will have the opportunity to decide whether to become a General Practitioner or a doctor in one of the other specialties. Completing time at medical College and achieving MBBS is just the beginning of medical education.
RAHETID has been appointed as a Partner Institution under the Royal College of Suregeon's International Surgical Training Programme. This scheme allows RAHETID to identify International Medical Graduates who can apply to be selected for up to two years training at UK NHS Trust Hospitals. Our main objective is to ensure high standards of medical education in Bangladesh through development of an effective medical workforce both for now, and for the future.
The RAHETID model is innovative and exclusive, not available to RAHETID competitors in Bangladesh at present and in the foreseeable future. This is down to the unique vision, career planning, development and progression of the Founder and his partners and stakeholders culminating in effective collaboration and partnership between RAHETID and the UK System. Training and Education hand-in-hand with quality patient care.
